Just want to thank Oom Richard for his assistance. I had a claim and double checked the camera and info with him. The insurer under-quoted us.... Oom Richard gave me the correct advice and information for the product in detail. Even phoned me back when I left a message. He gets nothing out of this, but just want to thank him for his kindness and advice - a person does not get it that often anymore. THANK YOU
