Pathetic Service

On the 27th of May 2015, we purchased a video camera and other goods close to the value of R30000. I was unavailable to come to the store - instead I had sent my father: Ravi Govender.<br> Your sales consultant: Mark Chettiar had assisted.<br> I wanted a specific camera however instead Mark cross sold another one - The Canon FX100 together with two 16gig SD cards, a card reader, lens cover. Mark advised both my father and I that the SD card have a recording time of 2 hours each.<br> When my father had brought it home - I viewed and worked around with it. I discovered that I was having a problem with connecting the camera with the cables provided to my television. Furthermore I also noticed that the SD cards could only do recording for 40 minutes on each. I phoned Mark that evening and advised him of said. He informed me that it was an error on his path for selling the incorrect SD cards. He further mentioned that he can sell me the 2 hour SD cards at a discounted price and since I opened the existing SD cards - it was not returnable.
