Good day <br> <br> I can't seem to stress enough that I am extremely disappointed with the service. <br> <br> I have been in contact with Mr Roberts. I enquired about the above mentioned TV as advertised on OLX. <br> <br> An invoice was sent to me with a price of R2990 and delivery fee. Payment was made accordingly <br> <br> Last week Thursday I received a call from Roberts telling me that the sale had ended on Wednesday and I need to pay extra R2000, which I was not notified of and nowhere on either OLX and your website does it specify that. <br> <br> I proceeded and paid R1800 not happy with that at all. Roberts called and told me that they now have no stock and they will have to order it in the UK. Delivery was expected today. The courier company has now sent me an invoice telling me that I need to pay R3600 for my item to be delivered. The company says its not their issue anymore as they say its with SA's customs. I want my full refund or my item to be delivered at no extra cost to me as I was not made aware of any extra charges with this. My purchase has turned into a nightmare. <br> <br> Thank you. <br>
