Very Disappointing!

Was very disappointed with the receptionist, Tshepiso, who didn’t book my appointment correctly and then tried to blame me for it. I booked for two people and then arrived a few minutes late. Since I knew that I was going to be late I had already told my daughter to stay so that there is time to do at least one person’s treatment. Upon arrival she told me that they booked another person because I was late and that I’d have to arrange for another day. This after traveling quite a distance and passing several spas to come here. I couldn’t understand how an appointment for two people could be fitted into 15 minutes when I know how long it takes because we always go there. She insisted that my the****** has a way of performing this miracle. Only to find out later on that she had booked for one person only and tried to save her skin by giving me ridiculous answers and being completely dismissive of me. I’ve seen this place with excellent receptionists and Tshepiso is capable of them losing business.
