POS ***** - Overcharged and not refunded

<p>Camelot&nbsp;overcharged us for a couples treatment by R950 which was our deposit paid and confirmed several weeks before. So our deposit was ignored in billing. Michelle then agreed to refund but this never took place and I keep getting excuses of head office are dealing with it. Now 4 weeks later and no refund in sight. Now considering POS ***** action and other legal avenues.</p>
