Hp compatible laser instead of original

Some time back I bought HP printer from takealot and I am their regular I dont have a date but surely they have it in their system. Today when I open the printer it was HP compatible laser but I paid R1000 plus for it. I paid for original and I get **** product. I have been using takelot for few years now and never received a poor service like I did now. I want them to come and collect this thing of theirs and refund my money.
