Hair salon staff terrible

Nicely decorated spa set in the magnificent Pearl Valley. The interior design is very appealing and overall ambience one of luxury. However the staff particularly in the hair salon let the establishment down. The Chief hairstylist is self absorbed and has a very over inflated opinion of herself and her capabilities. She has no interest in you as the customer and you leave feeling bul**** and disappointed. She and a few of her loyal side kicks dominate what could be a superb salon. Go to the spa for a treatment just avoid getting your hair done it’s not fun at all.
