Eyebrows done terribly

Had my eyebrows done at the Camelot Spa Whisken Estate. The lady had taken half my eyebrow off. Both were not symmetrical at all. I am extremely devastated with the service provided. Why had someone who does eyebrows if they can not do it properly????
