Charged for Service not authorized!

<p>I am appalled by the service of the Camelot Spa in PE.<br /> <br /> I had a set of gelish nails done on the 15th October. I was then booked in for a Nail fix of 4 nails on the 27th October which I was told after the fact would have been done for free. On 27 October when I walked in the the****** Jade asked me if she should rather remove all of the nails and do it over to I agreed thinking that they are giving me a full set since the set that was on didn't stay on either the glue was old or the quality of the tips were bad and the work done wasn't great. She then continued to do a soak off before carrying on. Only to find out after I did it I was charged when I requested an invoice for a full set and the soak off!!!<br /> <br /> How do you do that if you trying to fix a mess? <br /> <br /> If I was given the options to choose between a fix which I had initially booked for for free or a reapplication to the value of R384 2 weeks after paying R304 I could have decided what I wanted to do but it was not offered. This is against the Consumer protection Act!!!<br /> <br /> I demand my money back with an apology since now its my word against the the****** and I am no ****!!! <br /> <br /><br /></p>
