Bad service and i was abused by takelot

I would like to report takelot i have made an order with takelot last moth the date was18 of feb i have order 6 i tems and i have paid 600 sheeping i got 4 stuff after i have waited a full month for my stuff on the 28 of march they send me an email telling me they cant find my stuff and they will refund me with R15260 for my 2 stuff and my sheeping money i didnt get it back they didnt even call me and inform me .i have waited a full month without a bed and chairs i was sleeping on a floor for a month and i didnt harass them.a manager need to take this matter further im not impressed. I feel that takelot abuses me emotional and physical sleeping a whole month on the floor knowing i will received my bed and chair even a mnth was to long to wait after that the are telling me that they cant find my stuff after a month.
