Cameboo Estate Agent not giving me my certificate.

Good Day Sir/Madam<br> <br> I hope you can assist me.<br> I signed up as an Estate Agent under Camboo Estate Agency, the ladies name was Debre.I paid for the registration and my certificate to the EAAB in 2006/2007 and my certificate was delivered to my agent.Her contact number is : *** or ***. I kept on calling and calling and she said first she never received it m then she couldn't find it then she would come back to me.I paid and feel I have the right to that certificate.I called the EAAB and they said there no way I can get a copy of that certificate because my agent has it and she must give it to me.Today I called her and asked her for my certificate and she said she threw it away and put the call down on me.<br> <br> I think that's not how one should run a business or treat someone after they have paid for it and I worked for her.<br>
