Worst Customer Service in Mpumalanga

<p>I have been struggling with CamCatch in Witbank now for 3 Weeks! R5500.00 later and the work is still not done. They are supposed to instal a gate intercom system at the office, which after three weeks have still not been done. On Friday 03/06/16 the technician could Not install the system due to Incompetence!( He did not know the first thing about the installation.)Today Monday 06/06/16 they arrived to install the system at 08:00 and 12:00 they told me that they are just going to get x2 penlight battries. It is 15:10 now and still no sign of them! Nothing installed and my gate to the office cannot lock. Repeated calls to their office and countless excuses from them and we are still Nowhere near having a working system!! Not even the gate button is installed, the open wires are hanging there. We will NEVER EVER do business With CamCatch again and I would recommend other people and companies to be very careful before having them do any work for you. Their tehnicians are *********** and has obviously not been trained to do the job!!!! Shocking Service!!!!</p>
