I'd like to leave a review, specifically for Ms. Kubra, who offered tremendous support to my queries on finances. We have had a change of circumstances and have had to teeminate our children's subscription. Ms. Kubra understood the request, shared options that were available and guided me through the process. She responded promptly, with clarity and did not tire of my numerous questions. Her tone in her emails was polite and professional and I really felt valued as a client despite the circumstance. 5 star rating from me!! Keep up the good work.
