Appalling and disgraceful Canadian hotel

Several attempts to get a reply from this hotel with regards to the poor service and shameful manner in which they treated me as a guest, at their hotel in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada has still not happened.

How can any hotel chain or any business in the hospitality industry just ignore their patrons? It's shocking that they also ignore Google reviews.
