Worst Extended Warranty - Fridge not fixed

It is deeply concerning that i took out an extended warranty when I purchased my fridge. on numerous occassions i reported overfreezing and all that was done via extended warranty was sending someone to regas! the issue went on and on, i got tired of asking, now my fridge wont cool at all. is it supposed to only work for 2 years then im on my own? buy a new fridge
