WORST Expereince from Makro online

I placed an order on Makro online on the 25th July 2024, till today I have not received not a single item. I have called the contact cenre, I have emailed makro and till today no one can tell me where my order is. The worst thing is the contact centre agents keep telling me they do not have feedback and they do not have a turnaround time. Makro are you for real>??????? Massmart I want my money back. I have logged a cancellation and still I do not have feedback on that ***.
