Worst customer care experience ever

I have not gotten any service from your customer care department – Game Online Support: ***. I have been dealing with multiple people including Ruqaiyah Forbes , who promised to assist with my enquiry, every time I call no one has proper feedback and refuse to put me through to her I end up on calls for 40 minutes at a time waiting for assistance it seems as if I’m being put on hold but so someone can paint their nails.
