Very very bad service

The cue was long, not enough cashiers on tills and even at the cue there's no order other customers just pass the line and go straight to the cashiers that no them. There'are customers who did that while we were standing on the cue while on the so called manager stand/office there's a guy who's busy chatting to other staff members. We waited for an hour because we not popular to the cashiers who don't even greet nor smile, no wonder they don't have name tags. Thought I'll start buying my grocery there but maybe I should stick with pick n pay
