USELESS ONLINE PRESENCE

Your online presence leave little to be desired. First battled to get my order. Logged a return and even that is an issue. The item received is sub-standard for the price. I don't care that it is 3rd party order - you are using your platform and need to take some accountability. All I hear is that we will escalate the matter - but nobody gets back to you. Nobody can even assist with a contact number for the supplier. Are suppliers not vetted before you allow them to use your platform???? Words with no action is baseless. I want to get a refund, but based on comments on Hello Peter I fear I will never get my money back. Also please don't bother responding with your generic reply.
