Unpleasant treatment/service

Terrible experience Today 29.06.2018 @ Cambridge food Evaton the stuff members were unpleasant and extremely rude. I visited the store today to buy sugar and a packet of cigarettes,and the store was extremely full and the stuff members refused to let customers to purchase at the kiosk staying that the kiosk is for stuff members only. This I was told by the very rude cashier but the name of Pulane Dichabe and when I asked to see the manager she took her time laughing with her other stuff members. The manager finally came 15min later by the Name of Palesa and refused to give me her surname. She also had a terrible attitude and told me to either wait at the 5 items or less counter or go elsewhere. Now as full as the store was there were only 4 tills open considering its month end. When I informed Palesa that I'm going to lodge a complaint she told me that I should suit myself. Still cannot believe the treatment I received.
