Unacceptable behaviour of a Manager

On the 8th April I was at Cambridge /Rhino in Harding. The Managers behaviour and attitude towards me was appauling. I was showing him what was a hazard as far as Health and Safety in his shop. He made it clear that he could not be told or take instructions from any Jack and Gill. Mind u I was a customer in that shop. Also health and safety including infection control is a buzz word during the COVID-19 period. So I find the so called Manager didn't have knowledge and s****s of the position he is occupying.
