Treatment of people

Good day

I have a serious concern about the treatment of your store members. How on earth do you make people work 12 days consevutively? I have seen this young lady on a train who is always sleeping around 6:30am for this whole week, I asked her why she's going to work if she's sick and she said she's exhausted this is her 11th day working, 😢😢🤮🤮🤮🤮How as a huge organisation approve such... That lady her eyes are literally black from fatigue, how do you expect your team to treat your customers happy if you as an organization cannot treat your own staff healthy, what about their well-being, when do they spend time with their families? So all you interested in is big profits and does not care about the wellbeing of your store staff... When you call head office we are told some staff are working from home when some staff are working 12 days in a row, where is the balance? I'm beyond disgusted to say the list, why are you treating people like wild animals? How do you expect a person to smile and give a great service on their 8th day of no rest... I thought retailers are the worst employers but you take the number one spot. Treat people right!!!!! !
