Treated unfairly because of the colour of my skin by store manager

My mother (Christinah Sebothoma) went to cambridge food at Mayibuye shopping centre on the 21 February 2017, while busy shopping a heavy box fell from the shelves and hit her on the head. The floor manager Paul witnessed the incident and called the store manager Colleen Darvall. When she arrived at the scene she did not show any remorse towards my mother and she was very rude. Altimately after the altercations they agreed that she should take herself to the hospital and they will reimburse her, she went and used her medical aid. They did not make any follow up to check up on her, on the 19 May 2017 she went back to the store to submit the medical aid bills as per agreement, however she got the worst treatment from Colleen and threw her with the medical bills, and ask her what is this? Is this how you treat a buying customer in your stores? The sad part is that this is where she normaly buys her monthly grocery. I am really appalled at the lack of customer service by Colleen. Firstly she is a buying customer of the store, instead she got treated like a nuisance, Collen never showed any remorse and it was the negligence of the store that got her injured. This is the worst customer service to have ever experienced by an elderly customer.
