Total disrespect of customers in full view of mana

Very disgusted at this branch. On the 7th after paying for staff i bought got into the check area by the door where they check items as per the receipt and as they check the working status of my electrical item observed how a lady by the name of Nwabisa disrespected an elderly lady in front of everyone including management. The elderly lady ( old enough to be my granny) was questioning how the pegs she bought said R2.99 on the shelve as she got to the till it was R5.99 and wanted to return them for her cash and the Nwabisa lady made fun of her how can she complain about a couple of rands and what difference would it make in the elderly lady's life.how she went on and how they were all laughing in the check area made me question the manager how he can allow that to be happening need I say he had no clue how this was wrong and the elderly lady was so embarrassed of all this. This particular branch violates everything in the Consumer protection Act. Can someone from the health department visit this outlet anonymously to see the disgusting health risks from this particular outlet, how best before dates and expiry dates don't matter simply because of the customer base they service.
