Terrible service on top of no stock

Cambridge food Evaton has the worst service. They had a special running from 21 of June to the 9 of July for heaters when I went to their store on the 23 of June to purchase the heater they didn't have in stock yet they have boards even inside the store about these heaters. Went to see management but they were not bothered some guy was even ignoring me busy on his cellphone on the sales floor. Bongani is a manager and he took my cellphone number with promises to call back once they have stock but even today I haven't heard a thing from them. This is really terrible considering the fact that its cold we need to keep warm with that heater and my year old daughter has caught flue from sitting in the cold waiting on Bongani to call us for the heaters we wanted.
