Terrible service from mass mart and builders Express Kenilworth

I am being denied a refund for an unsafe fan with dislodged pieces that flew into my face. A highly inaccurate repair report stating the item was dirty but techinician didn’t see the broken propeller on the fan! Two broken pieces in my hands and still no refund
