Terrible customers services

On the 25 July 2018 at about 17:30 I went to pine town Cambridge food to grab some few items. Its have been sad when the lady works on parcel counter refuse to put my bag there due the mistake they made of swiping our disk and likely I noticed and give the disk to the right person, then I ask them to recheck if this is the right disk for me as the first one was wrong , they shouted me and instead they took my disk back and give my bag and say they don't have time to come and down, they are not going to keep my bag, I just took my bag and go in store and a security ask me to leave my bag on parcel counter, I said they refuse to keep it there and security took me back and ask them why , they just said I'm not right and they can't put my bag there, I then ask to speak to the manager, one of security approach me and to all of these persons treating me no name badges were worn, I didn't believe when a security promise to heat me without calling a manager for me or listening to my story I felt it is the way planned to treat customers by staff together with Cambridge security.
