Terrible customers service

I visited Cambridge Newgate in jeppe & bree on the 29 oct 2015 at around 8:10 when l was in the mageu aisle there was a price of 8.99 for all different types of mageu by luck there was a store manager there l ask he told me that's the correct price coz they're on promo ,byt when I was at the tills they were 16.99 , the store manager gave me the false info & refused to reduce the price to what I saw he told me to take it or leave it coz he's not going to reduce and lm welcomed to take the matter further but it will be his word against mine what kind of a manager with sting attitude and bad service is that , head office must do something about it .Vuka Mthethwa store manager what a shame to the company<br>
