Stove complaint bought at Game Promenade 31 July 2025

My aunt bought me a 3 plate stove for my birthday gift on the 31 July 2025 from the Game Store in Promenade Mall ( Mitchel's plain) Oven started coming out a bad smoke on a 4th time of using it. I reported the matter on the 5th September 2025. Agent came to fix it on the 7th September but left the housing saying he will request that we get a new 1 coz it is factory fault. We never heard from them again until i wrote an email to them on the 23rd Sept. This was when i was told the technician informed them we put a heavy item on the oven door that caused it not to close properly. They however promised to look at the matter and get back to us. On the same day I responded to the email disputing the lies of the technician. Technician saw that inside the oven i keep 2 clean pots between 1-2L and a baking pan. The most heavy thing that goes into the stove is a baking pan with 12 scones. The 3 plates were not even used the day he was home, i only used 1 plate afterwards. Till to date 2 plates were never used this is how much i hardly use the stove. I have been using the stove that i bought at Lewis since March 2018. I know how to operate a stove , i can never put a heavy item on the oven door. I am the only one uses the stove as i stay with my husband and 2 girls aged 6 and 9. I have been requesting the stove to be changed for a month. I do not want it to be changed now, i want my money i will go buy the stove at Lewis. Stove i bought from them lasted 7 years but the 1 i bought from Game Promenade did not even last 7 weeks.
