shocking service

<p>Good day </p> <p>I was in Cosmo city Cambridge last week and the service in the store was absolutely shocking.</p> <p>I stood in a long queu at the butchery and then again at the tills. When I eventually paid, I spoke to a controller as the manager on duty was working as a cashier. The lady told me that the staff's hours were cut as they are not allowed to spend more money than what their head office allocted to them. I then went to Bloed str on Friday last week and had the same experience!! Even the branch manager was working in a till. It's absolutely shocking, the staff in stores are trying their level best to help customers but it seems like an uphill battle. It's a time Cambridge head office catch a wake up, because people will start boycotting all your stores!!!! </p> <p> </p>
