RYOBI GRASS CUTTING MACHINE 650W

I bought a Ryobi Grass Trimmer 650w, on the box it state clearly a 2 Year Gauranteed not warranty. After i have used it for 3 months the front plastic cap just broke while i was cutting. I went back to Game Garden route mall in Goerge and aparently they only sending the product back to supplier for repairing.None of this was never explain by the department salesperson nor the Till person. After they send the machine back on 10 June and call me back yesterday they say i must pay the qoutation of the supplier for repairing and have a lot of stories. To my understanding a warranty is repairing of products . And a Gauranteed is immediate replace without hesitation. They are misleading the customers with their products and not proper explaination. I am really upset about their service and will never try to buy at them again. A very angry and upset customer. MR Martins
