Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful security guard

I'm a regular customer there. I usually do my weekend function shopping there. I bought takeaways from KFC. So I asked the security guard if I can go in with it after I greeted him and he rudley didn't reply. He said no put it on the floor. Firstly there was a dustbin there and I'm expected to put cooked food next to it?! So I turned around and left because I have suffered from food poisoning in the past. Disgusting attitude I must say. Please advise your HR department to hire people with customer service s****s. I will not be returning and I'll spread the word too.
