Rude cashier

I went to buy some grocery at Cambridge in Durban Berea, I gave cashier my Huawei incentive card she looked at it and said they don't use any other cards besides bank cards. I asked her to try the card so if it decline then it fine. She threw the card at me and asked for a next customer. I requested for a manager she said the manager is out. The cashier was very rude.
