Poor service and communication!!

I resigned form Massmart in November and I have have exchange over 60 useless mails with the their HR department about my provident fund. The initial turnaround time was set to be 6 - 8 weeks. it's been 4 months going on 5 and I have received very little to no feedback on my claim to this point. No one every answers the phone of weeks go by with out emails being responded to. The HR service is poor!!!
