Pathetic service Massmart employee benefits

I handed my resignation in on the 30th December 2021, and my final working day was the 28th January 2022. The instore HR lady forwarded my exit pack on the 04th January 2022 to the Massmart employee benefits office.

To this day, 6 weeks later, i am still awaiting my provident fund to be paid in, eventually yesterday, after numerous email to the employee benefits department at Massmart, i received a reply stating it will be paid in next week, today i received a reply from Sanlam that the are still awaiting, and I quote "Members exit date and last contribution date has to confirmed by employer."

Such a simple request, 6 weeks later, and it could not of being actioned sooner for such a big corporate company.

Pathetic Massmart, if this is the way you look after resigned staff members, how to you look after customers.
