Online Store is hopeless

I am not happy with the treatment that I am getting from Game online Store, it's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. when I called the call centre and asked to speak to a supervisor, they just put my phone on the side and just laugh someone even said that I am crazy. I called so many times but still no assistance or anyone returning my call.
