Old R200 Note Exchanged

I would like to thank a man by the name Shaun/Sean, I was given an old R200 note (in my cash back) which I could not use anywhere, I came back countless time trying to sort this issue, The person in charge proved to be useless and did not help me at all. 2 months later, I then posted on their Facebook, then They responded quickly and Sean called me and arranged for an exchange which happened the following day,
