not client/customer centric

good day<br> im writting this report due to the lack of customer service in fact pathetic customer service received.<br> i was there in one shop situated at the market.to be quite honest i would not even be complaing had she been nicer or friendlier .i saw the pamphlet with a few items on special including a combo.i did my shopping was quite happy up until i went to the till and sent through the twinsaver 10\s toilet paper which on the pamphlet was supposedly R29.99 however at the till Nosihle said it was R42.99 to which i said the paper no the sale pamphlet says R29.99 and she very dismissingly said it R42.99 and there nothing she can do about it.i said no there is
