MISSING GROCERY ITEMS

I went to do my groceries at Cambridge Mtubatuba and the Security guards assisted to offload the trolley and reloaded it for me. Upon arriving home I realized that the 1 KG Rama margarine tub and two 2KG Surf washing powder was missing and upon noticing I had already gotten rid of the receipt. I then went back to the store to asked them to check for footage to see what happened to my items using the sms from my bank which has date and time as I had used my debit card because I am adamant that I paid for them but the staff blatantly refused and told me it was impossible to check.
