Massmart selling factory faulty units at makro

Hi Makro / Massmart. When will your technician come to fix my freezer? I was told twice by massmart big shot that a technician will come. Makro sold me a freezer that only lasted 1 week and now they playing games. After being told twice that a technician will come they are requesting details after i sent it weeks ago? 1 month sofar without a freezer... People rather shop elsewhere. Makro and Massmart is a ****
