Massmart provident fund delays

I resigned at the end of March and my HR sent my documents to Massmart head office at the beginning of April to apply for my provident fund withdrawal at Alexander Forbes. Today is the 11th of July and claim is still not submitted by Massmart to the fund administrator. Massmart is the worst company I have ever worked for.
