Massmart Pension Fund Non Responsive

My father was a Regional Manger for Game in the Mpumalanga area before he passed away. We have been struggling with Massmart pension fund to get anything released I cannot reach anyone on the telephone. I have received one email back stating that they will look in to it, and dead silence afterwards.

Can anyone assist me as to who to contact?
