Massmart Mass Disappointment

I have always been happy to buy from Makro. But after my last experience I cant say I would support any Massmart stores anymore. Their customer care is lacking and as for Massmart Headoffice their staff is just out right rude. KEY WORD CUSTOMER CARE if you are in that position do it proudly and don't have an attitude.

This is now the second incident we have had with them where I could say its defamation of character.
