Massmart Head Office - Shocking service

I have been trying to contact Massmart regarding IRP5 Tax certificates for my husband for last year to no avail. Nobody answers their switchboard lines and when one does they cut you off. It's ridiculous.

Clearly they don't care and couldn't be bothered to even answer their phones, it kind of sets the tone for the rest of the company if your front line don't answer calls. How do they do any business?
