Massmart does not deliver as committed and don't follow through!!

Placed order with Makro online (Massmart / Walmart) for a lounge suite and delivery promised within 2 - 5 working days. The delivery is 5 days overdue and Makro Customer call center simply does not return multiple calls.

After 10 days I had to resort to tracing the order directly with their courier company to resolve.
