Massmart and their banners ****ming vulnerable customers

My review was previously deleted due to what? Massmart and Makro theu work together to **** vulnerable customers. I thought Massmart will sort out the issue I have with Makro they just kept my query going back and forth without any solution, after giving them benefit of doubt. It is a month now dis now recieve our ECCO 32" LH32 Ready TV set. They ignore my emails and ignore my phone calls. Is this how Customers from Massamart banners been treated. Never received this kind of treatment @Hirsch Homestore or @Takealot.
