Massmart and Makro - no wonder staff strike - PATHETIC

I have now called Makro support no less than 10 times. Each time the line gets dropped but when I do get through after holding for ages to enquire about a refund for a return logged 30 Jan 23 - Reference number RT#***4 - I get told "your refund will be processed and show in your account in this week", but it has now been another week and the same reason...

Will Makro refund me or not!?

Can I collect my money in-store as obviously online does not want to assist me... No wonder staff go on strike - service is PATHETIC!

Calling Massmart on *** is also in vain! They don’t even answer…
