Massmart

I checked my credit history and got a shock of my life when I found out I am owing Massmart R10k+ in debts.I contacted them regarding the debt and I was told they don't have any debt under my name.I have been asking them to remove their reported debts under my name or atleast write an email to me acknowledging that I have no debt with them..Instead they keep on promising and it's really affecting my score.Please help
