managers and staff being treated very dadly

<p>I write this message here as the massmart ethics line does nothing to sort out staff concerns. I work as a manager for Cambridge food but are really concerned about our companies future. We are a growing company but the way things are going It doesn't look like we are going to get to far. The problem lies in the way that store managers and regional managers get treated by the M.D. of the company. In the past month out Ops executive, one regional manager, 4branch managers and 2 sales managers have resigned. The reason being, unfair and abusive treatment by the M.D. He has two managers that assist him with his attacks on managers. The regional risk manager and the senior regional admin manager. They are destroying a very good company by the way they are trying to manage it. By putting this message out there maybe the ethics comity will consider the urgency of the matter and look into the real reasons the managers are all resigning. </p> <p>It's a serious matter and needs to be assessed!! </p>
