Makro Online -****s and **** advertising

Wow ...Makro Online is absolutely usless....So I go online to buy a Braai stand last Sunday. Makro says 2-5 working days for delivery as per their site. I expected delivery by latest Friday. I called up every day from Monday trying to follow up on the order and the one call Centre agent even said they will escalate this to their team leader. Today I called and spoke to an agent only to be told is still on order Confirmed...after speaking to the agent i was further then told that they see my request i need it before Friday for a Birthday gift and that the agent the day before sent a request to the Team leader. He also then said they emailed the supplier to find out when they have stock , only to be told the supplier don't have stock and don't know when they getting stock. The agent then said if there is no stock after 2-3 weeks then they would call and tell me.When requesting for my refund and order to be cancelled , it takes 10 working days to get MY MONEY Back ...so basically my money is in there account collecting interest ??? On top of it all not a single call to tell me out of stock nor have they updated their website. Basically, false advertising!! IF they don't have stock, they should communicate this the very next day at least and apologize and refund the money...UTERR Fk** **** from Makro and Massmart group!!
